California Air Resources Board Uses SC-GHG in 2022 Draft Scoping Plan
In its updated draft scoping plan, the California Air Resources Board (CARB) applies the SC-GHG to demonstrate the climate benefits of each plan scenario and compares those benefits to other elements like direct costs, health costs, economic growth, and more. 1
