    In February 2022, the Delaware Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control (DNREC) asked the University of Delaware’s Special Initiative on Offshore Wind published a report looking at the state's options for offshore wind procurement. The report converts the IWG's SC-GHG into a cost per megawatt hour. 1 . This value is used to value the benefits of offshore wind displacing polluting generators. 2 This is added to a value of health benefits for a total socail cost. 3
